OKCamp 2024 

Cancellation/Change/Refund Policy 

Cancellation and change requests: 

  • Prior to May 1: refund for the full amount of your registration payment, less 10% processing fee. T-shirt payments are not refunded. 
  • Between May 1 and June 7: if a cancellation can be filled by a camper on the waitlist, you will receive a refund check for the full amount of your payment less 10% processing fee. If no substitute camper is found we will refund 50% of your tuition fee. T-Shirt payments are not refunded.  
  • Up to fourteen (14) days of your camper’s start date: no refunds will be provided, except in the case of a medical emergency (a doctor’s note is required). 
  • Changing sessions up to fourteen (14) days of your camper’s start date: there is a $25 fee per week charge (if we are able to accommodate your request). 
  • Campers must be able to pedal a two-wheeled bicycle competently. Training wheels are not allowed. For nonriders, 50% of registration fee will be refunded if we are notified prior to 14 days of your camper’s start date.
